Vacation Nightmare

Can you imagine coming home from a vacation after a month and finding this nightmare?  This poor family did.  While away their HVAC system stopped working creating mold damage throughout the entire home.  The only feasible re-mediation that could be done was to gut the home down to the studs, sand them off and spray them with antimicrobial.  Fortunately for the homeowners they called SERVPRO of Haines City/Polk City for the project.  They suffered a great deal of loss due to the severity of the mold, however, if they hadn't called us it would have been much,much worse.  The homeowners were quite pleased with the work that SERVPRO of Haines City/Polk City performed for them and have since sent us a few referrals.  For any of your disaster related needs give us a call at 863-236-3553.
